Recently, she took a trip from the city to Normandy and explored the Haute-Normandie coastal area for a long weekend.

Saturday

2:00 PM

Drive from Paris to Trouville for lunch and a view at La Reine des Plages on the quaint Rue des Bains

3:00 PM

Ice cream at Martine Lambert and a walk along the beach in Deauville

Sunday

11:00 AM

In a quick 40 minute drive, you can find yourself on the seaside cliffs of Étretat. Park near the Plage des Tilleuls and take the long route: starting with a walk through the woods, climbing up to the cliffs, and bring sandwiches for a lunch overlooking the sea. 

11:00 AM

End the day in Le Havre and stop at Chez Lili.

A sunny and convivial spot on the port with good beer, cocktails, and tapas on the weekends. 

 

Monday

11:00 AM

Explore Honfleur on foot and climb up to the Panorama de Mont-joli for a pretty view. Check out the shops down below for local Normand delicacies or grab a fresh a drink on the port.

1:00 PM

Lunch at the Bistro du port, a classic French bistro for some moules-frites and aptly, a view of the port.

 

4:00 PM

A pit stop in Giverny to visit Monet’s gardens, an hour from the coast and along the route back to the big city.
